short-list of candidates, pre-screened, matched to your specific
requirements. Our dedicated consultants and 24hr management team
is trained to give advice on candidates who possess transferable
skills. We believe that every candidate we put forward should
have a realistic chance of getting the job! With contingent projects
we work on a no placement – no fee basis.

Contingent Database selection provides you the client with a short-list
of candidates, pre-screened, matched to your specific requirements.
Once given a contingent assignment, our Trained Consultants will
provide you with the following service :
| - Interrogate a database of “live”
candidates who have completed an in-depth and probing face-to-face
interview. |
| - The selected candidates on the short-list
will be pre-screened, so that you have the reassurance that
you will be interviewing informed and committed candidates.

| - Clients can be furnished with a “Candidate
Interview Aid” – detailing our assessment of
the individual if required |
| - These candidates will be matched to
your requirements and a short-list will be formed. |
